Car and Driver: We provide clean new cars and vans, chauffeured by an English speaking driver. You can rent our cars and drivers by the half-day / day / week or month to take you where you need to go and return you to your hotel. Our drivers and vehicles are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, year round.

Airport Pick-Up: We can meet you at the arrival hall of Hong Kong International Airport and transport you directly to your hotel. Our driver will meet you at the arrival hall and your surname will be prominently displayed on a card held by the driver.

Airport VIP meet and greet service

The VIP meet and greet service takes the hassle out of airport check-in, long lines and heavy luggage. We contract with a team of highly experienced and well connected airport concierges that are available to meet departing and arriving passengers and assist them with check-in, luggage and any other service that may be needed.

Arrival: Passengers will be met on arrival at the aircraft / gates by our airport ‘security-approved’ sub-contractorsand attended to from the moment they land. The service include: welcome with name sign, assist with immigration formalities, fast track immigration clearance, luggage collecting, and escort to the designated chauffeur and vehicle.

Departure: Once Passengers arrive airport an airport concierge will assist passengers with check-in, luggage, utilize VIP fast track customs clearance and be escorted to boarding gate or airline club lounge.

Please advise our reservation department for greeter rates and meeting locations during the booking process. Currently this service is available at Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and HK airports.

Transfers and day trips into China: We can pick you up from Hong Kong International Airport arrival hall or your HK hotel and take you over the border and into Guangdong within 2 hours. The Guangdong border control is generally chaotic due to the volume of visitors and Chinese entering the mainland. We can escort you safely through the control points without needing to leave the vehicle!

English Speaking Guides: Having traveled all the way to Hong Kong why not experience some of the territories famous sites and culture? We can provide an English speaking guide to personally escort you to the sights of Hong Kong recommend cultural hot spots. Our friendly guides can assist with shopping and bargaining, accompany you to restaurants to assist with ordering and recommend the best places to dine, socialize and relax while you are here. Guides are also available without a car booking.

English Interpreter / Translator: If you are undertaking business negotiations you may need a Cantonese or Mandarin speaking translator / interpreter with you at any meetings that involve contractual matters, specifications or pricing. We can provide highly qualified persons on a daily or ½ day basis.

Mobile Phone Rental: We can arrange a Hong Kong or Chinese mobile phone service for you while using our car service or even for the duration of your stay in region. A local phone number can be assigned to you prior to your arrival allowing your office or friends and family to contact you at the normal overseas rates of your home country.

Business Services: We can assist the business traveler with a range of services that you will find invaluable. These include:
